Possible Business Model
- This consulting practice could be modeled after The Corporate Executive Board (acquired by Gartner in 2017). CEB operated on a subscription basis; for an annual fee, members had access to best practices research studies, executive education seminars, customized research briefs and web-based decision support tools.
- Each year, clients would submit a list of their most pressing business problems. The most popular problems served as case studies. The higher the level of membership the more customized the recommendation and the more personalized the delivery.
